What helps us help you
Including a few of these in your first message lets us reply faster.
- Your device and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15 on iOS 18.3)
- The yul app version, shown at the bottom of the Me tab
- A brief description of what you were doing when the issue happened
- A screenshot, if the issue is visual
Account and data requests
To delete your account, open the app and go to Me → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate.
For other data requests — access, correction, portability — email us at the address below with the subject line "Data request." We will respond as required by applicable law.
